  • 2 tablespoons White vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Toast the gluten-free bread slices in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown.

While the bread is toasting, cut the ripe avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
