  • 1 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 3 pieces green onions, sliced
  • 0.5 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 0.25 cup crushed peanuts
  • 0 Sriracha (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, whisk together the gluten-free soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, honey, minced ginger, and minced garlic to create the marinade.
