Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Gluten-free puff pastry
  • 0.5 cup Apricot preserves
  • 2 tablespoons Almond meal (for dusting)
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

On a clean surface, lightly dust with almond meal. Roll out the gluten-free puff pastry sheet into a 12-inch square.
