  • 2 Apple, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
  • 50 grams Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 Egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine gluten-free flour, xanthan gum, and salt.

Add the cold, cubed butter to the flour mixture. Using a pastry cutter or your fingertips, mix until the butter is pea-sized and the mixture is crumbly.
