  • 4 pieces Salmon fillets, skinless
  • 0.5 cup Gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 0.25 cup Fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon Lemon zest
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 pieces Lemon wedges

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, combine the gluten-free breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, chopped dill, lemon zest, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
