  • 120 milliliters heavy cream
  • 100 grams semi-sweet chocolate (chopped, for glaze)
  • 50 grams hazelnuts (toasted and halved, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan, and line the bottom with parchment paper.

In a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water, melt the butter and bittersweet chocolate together until smooth. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
