  • 2 tablespoons water

Directions

Step 1

Wash and trim the green beans by snapping off the ends.

Step 2

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the green beans and blanch for 2-3 minutes until they are bright green and tender-crisp. Drain and immediately transfer them to an ice water bath to stop the cooking process. Drain and set aside.

Step 3
