Ingredients

  • 200 grams graham cracker crumbs
  • 100 grams unsalted butter, melted
  • 50 grams granulated sugar
  • 240 ml heavy cream
  • 200 grams dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • 150 grams gianduia spread (hazelnut chocolate spread)
  • 100 grams mascarpone cheese
  • 30 grams powdered sugar
  • 50 grams toasted hazelnuts, roughly chopped
  • 1 pinch sea salt flakes (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).

In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix well until the texture resembles wet sand.

Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch (23 cm) pie pan to form an even crust.

Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove and let it cool completely while preparing the filling.
