  • 3 tablespoons Heavy cream
  • 1.5 cups Powdered sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoons Peppermint extract
  • 0.25 cups Crushed peppermint candies

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes using a hand or stand mixer.
