  • 1.5 cups cooked kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh corn kernels
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1
