  • 1 handful Spinach
  • 0.5 medium Lemon
  • 1 cup Cold water

Step 1

Wash all the fruits and vegetables thoroughly under running water.

Peel the oranges and cut them into quarters.

Trim the ends off the carrots and cut them into smaller pieces for easier blending or juicing.

Peel the ginger and roughly chop it into smaller chunks.

Core the apple and cut it into quarters (leave the skin on for extra fiber).

Juice the lemon by squeezing its juice into a small bowl; discard the seeds.
