  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 4 cups White rice (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Start by finely chopping the yellow onion and peeling and dicing the potatoes into small, bite-sized cubes.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large, heavy-bottomed pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.
