  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Step 2

Wash the potatoes thoroughly and pat them dry. Place them on a baking sheet and bake them for 45-50 minutes, or until they are soft when pierced with a fork.
