  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 ice cubes

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing your vegetables: core and roughly chop the tomatoes, peel and chop the cucumber, seed and chop the red bell pepper, and peel and dice the onion.

Peel the garlic cloves and cut the day-old bread into small pieces.

In a high-powered blender, combine the tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, onion, garlic, and bread.

Add the extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, cold water, salt, and black pepper to the blender.
