Ingredients

  • 4 cups Fresh spinach
  • 1 14-ounce can Canned artichoke hearts

  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves Minced garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish (8x8-inch or similar size) and set aside.

Wash and dry the fresh spinach. Roughly chop it, then sauté in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until wilted. Allow it to cool slightly, then squeeze out any excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel or paper towels.
