  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash and dry the fresh spinach. Roughly chop it into manageable pieces.
