  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon optional red pepper flakes

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 3

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Mix everything together thoroughly until well combined.

Step 9

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.

Step 10

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Step 12

Serve warm with crackers, tortilla chips, or sliced vegetables of your choice.
