  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Wash the broccoli thoroughly and cut the florets into bite-sized pieces. Peel and dice the stem if desired.

Step 2

Peel and mince the garlic cloves.

Step 3

In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Step 4

Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds to 1 minute, until fragrant but not browned.
