  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and black pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
