Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Linguine pasta
  • 12 ounces Salmon fillet, skinless
  • 4 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped fresh
  • 0 to taste Salt
  • 0 to taste Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the linguine pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta water, then drain the pasta and set aside.

While the pasta is cooking, season the salmon fillet with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the salmon and cook for 4 minutes per side, or until golden and cooked through. Remove the salmon from the skillet, flake it into large pieces, and set aside.
