Ingredients

  • 4 pieces pork cutlets
  • 4 cloves garlic cloves

  • 1 head green cabbage
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 0.25 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Peel and mince the garlic cloves. Set aside.

Step 2

Tenderize the pork cutlets slightly with a meat mallet. Rub each cutlet with 1 tablespoon olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes.

While the pork marinates, remove the outer leaves from the cabbage and cut it into thin shreds.
