Ingredients

  • 16 pieces Baby Bella mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Butter (melted)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a lightly greased sheet of aluminum foil.

Step 2

Clean the mushrooms by gently wiping them with a damp paper towel. Remove the stems and set the caps aside. Finely chop the stems and reserve them for the filling.

In a medium skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped mushroom stems. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes, or until the stems are soft and any liquid has evaporated. Set aside to cool slightly.
