Ingredients

  • 250 grams spaghetti
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 pieces scallions, finely chopped

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup of the pasta cooking water, then drain the pasta and set aside.

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.

Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant and lightly golden, being careful not to burn it.
