Ingredients

  • 1 lb Bread dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 6 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Flour (for dusting)
  • 1 bottle Nonstick cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a bundt pan or loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2

On a floured surface, divide the bread dough into small, roughly 1-inch pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and set aside.

Step 3

In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, but not browned.

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the chopped parsley, thyme leaves, salt, and black pepper.
