  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Start by pounding the chicken breasts with a meat mallet until they are an even thickness for uniform cooking.

Step 2

Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat until the butter is melted and bubbling.
