Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 1.25 cups Warm water (110°F)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Unsalted butter, melted

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine the warm water, sugar, and yeast. Stir gently and let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes, or until it becomes foamy.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Create a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture, olive oil, minced garlic, and half of the chopped parsley and rosemary.
