  • 0.25 teaspoons Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice the ciabatta loaf horizontally in half to create two flat halves.

Step 3

In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
