  • 2 tablespoons Water

Directions

Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, half of the minced garlic (2 cloves), 1 tablespoon olive oil, black pepper, and salt to prepare the marinade.

Place the chicken thighs in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the chicken is evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.
