  • 4 pieces (boneless, skinless) chicken breasts

  • 8 ounces (sliced) baby bella mushrooms
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup (optional) dry white wine
  • 2 tablespoons (freshly squeezed) lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.

Dredge the chicken breasts lightly in the all-purpose flour, shaking off any excess.

Heat the olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
