Ingredients

  • 4 slices Sliced bread
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Peel and finely mince the garlic cloves. Also, finely chop the fresh parsley.

In a small bowl, combine the unsalted butter (softened to room temperature), minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Mix well to create a uniform garlic butter.
