  • 1 large loaf French or Italian bread loaf
  • 100 grams Unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic cloves

  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 30 grams Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice the loaf of bread diagonally into 1-inch thick slices, being careful not to cut all the way through the bottom so the slices remain attached.
