Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Large button mushrooms
  • 113 grams Cream cheese
  • 4 slices Cooked bacon, finely chopped

  • 60 grams Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 30 grams Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Step 2

Clean the mushrooms by gently wiping them with a damp paper towel, then remove the stems and set the caps aside. Finely chop the mushroom stems.
