Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt and black pepper.

Step 2

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside on a plate.
