  • 400 grams Broccolini
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 large Garlic cloves

  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Red pepper flakes

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly oil it.

Rinse the broccolini under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels. Trim any tough ends from the stalks.
