  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Finely mince the garlic cloves and chop the parsley. Strip the rosemary and thyme leaves from their stems and finely chop them.

In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, rosemary, thyme, parsley, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika to make a flavorful marinade.
