  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons, crumbled feta cheese (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, crack the eggs and add the milk. Whisk until well combined and slightly frothy. Set aside.

Step 2

Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Step 3

Once the oil is hot, add the diced red bell pepper and zucchini. Sauté for 3-4 minutes, or until they start to soften.
