Ingredients

  • 6 cups Mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1 medium Carrot
  • 0.25 medium Red onion
  • 0.25 cup Slivered almonds
  • 0.5 cup Fresh raspberries
  • 0.25 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Poppy seeds
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash and dry the mixed salad greens, then place them in a large salad bowl.

Step 2

Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl.

Step 3

Peel the cucumber, slice it into thin rounds, and add it to the bowl.

Step 4

Peel and grate the carrot, then sprinkle it over the salad.

Thinly slice the red onion and add it to the bowl.
