  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 0.25 cup water (as needed)

Directions

Step 1

Peel and dice the peaches. Finely chop the Vidalia onion and mince the garlic.
