  • 0.5 teaspoon Mace

Directions

Step 1

1. Gather all the whole spice ingredients and ensure they are fresh for maximum flavor.

2. In a dry skillet, heat the coriander seeds, cumin seeds, green cardamom pods, black cardamom pods, cloves, black peppercorns, cinnamon stick, and bay leaves over medium heat.
