  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks, about 5-7 minutes.
