Ingredients

  • 150 grams canned tuna in olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 50 grams grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add fusilli pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente, usually about 10-12 minutes. Drain and set aside, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta cooking water.

While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
