Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ground chicken
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 60 grams Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 4 pieces Burger buns
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 4 pieces Tomato slices
  • 4 pieces Cheddar cheese slices
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 8 pieces Pickles
  • 4 pieces Red onion slices

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, breadcrumbs, and the egg. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Step 2

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 1.5 cm thick.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or grill pan over medium heat.
