Ingredients

  • 2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup Unsalted butter
  • 0.5 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 cups Mini marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Pinch of salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand.

Step 3

Press the graham cracker mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form the crust. Use the back of a spoon or a flat surface to pack it tightly.

Step 4

Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 8 minutes, then remove and let it cool slightly while preparing the chocolate fudge filling.

Step 5

In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until the chocolate is melted and smooth.

Step 6

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.

Step 7

Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the graham cracker crust and spread it evenly with a spatula.

Step 8

Sprinkle the mini marshmallows evenly over the chocolate layer, pressing them gently into the surface.

Step 9

Return the pan to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the marshmallows are lightly toasted and golden on top.

Step 10

Remove the pan from the oven and let the bars cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.

Step 11

Once fully set, use the parchment paper overhang to lift the bars out of the pan. Slice into 16 squares and serve.

Step 12

Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
