Directions

Step 1

Line an 8x8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal, and set aside.

In a medium saucepan, combine the granulated sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, salted butter, and evaporated milk.

Place the saucepan over medium heat and stir continuously until the butter is melted and the mixture reaches a smooth consistency.
