Ingredients

  • 115 grams Unsalted butter
  • 170 grams Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 200 grams Granulated sugar
  • 50 grams Brown sugar
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 95 grams All-purpose flour
  • 30 grams Cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 50 grams Mini chocolate chips (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and lightly grease a mini-muffin tin or line it with paper liners.

In a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and semi-sweet chocolate chips together in 20-30 second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted. Set aside to cool slightly.
