  • 4 pieces Boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

  • 0.5 cup Mixed dried fruits (apricots, cranberries, raisins)
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks (canned or fresh)
  • 1 cup Orange juice
  • 1 cup Chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 sprigs Fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and black pepper.

In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove the chicken and set aside.
