Directions

Step 1

Peel and core the pineapple, then cut it into bite-sized pieces (approximately 1-inch cubes).

Step 2

Peel and cube the mango into similar bite-sized pieces. Set both pineapple and mango aside in separate bowls.

Step 3

Finely dice the jalapeño pepper, removing seeds for less heat if desired.

Step 4

In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, honey, the juice of the lime, diced jalapeño, and salt. Mix until smooth and creamy.
