Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium Banana
  • 1 cup Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
  • 2 tablespoons Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Chia seeds
  • 4 pieces Ice cubes
  • 0.5 teaspoon Vanilla extract (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Peel the banana and break it into chunks.

Step 2

Add the Greek yogurt, banana, mixed berries, rolled oats, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, chia seeds, and ice cubes into a blender.

Step 3

If using, add the vanilla extract for extra flavor.

Step 4

Blend all the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.

Step 5

Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup if desired.
