Ingredients

  • 2 cups (hulled and sliced) Strawberries
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 2 cups (diced) Pineapple
  • 2 (peeled and sliced) Kiwi
  • 1.5 cups (halved) Grapes
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons (chopped, optional) Mint leaves

Directions

Step 1

Wash and prepare all the fruits: hull and slice the strawberries, rinse the blueberries, dice the pineapple, peel and slice the kiwi, and halve the grapes. Place all the prepared fruits in a large mixing bowl.

Step 2

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice until smooth to form the honey-lime dressing.

Step 3

Pour the honey-lime dressing over the fruit in the mixing bowl.
