Ingredients

  • 2 whole Bananas
  • 6 whole Strawberries
  • 0.5 cup Blueberries
  • 6 whole Green grapes
  • 12 pieces Pretzel sticks
  • 0.25 cup Creamy peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 12 pieces Mini marshmallows
  • 24 pieces Chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1

Peel the bananas and cut them into bite-size chunks for the critter bodies.

Step 2

Wash and hull the strawberries, then slice them in half lengthwise to create wings.

Step 3

Slice the green grapes in half to use as heads.

Step 4

Use chocolate chips and small slices of mini marshmallows to create eyes. Press one chocolate chip into the flat side of each marshmallow piece to make an edible eye.

Step 5

Assemble the critters: Attach the grape halves to the banana chunks using pretzel sticks to create a body and head. Use sliced strawberries as wings by positioning them on either side of the banana chunks. Add blueberries to serve as feet or embellishments if desired.

Step 6

For the dip, whisk together the peanut butter, yogurt, and honey in a small bowl until smooth and creamy.

Step 7

Arrange the assembled fruit critters on a plate with the peanut butter yogurt dip in a small bowl for serving.

Step 8

Enjoy immediately as a healthy and creative snack!
